Terms governing bookings made via Bonne Santé restaurant & cocktail bar websites or phone and then confirmed by way of Confirmation Email for the provision of goods and services
Types of booking and the different despot requirement:
1. Off peak regular food and drinks reservation, less than twelve guests. No deposit or card details are required for this type of reservation.
2. Peak food and drinks reservation, less than twelve guests. This reservation type is subject to a 24 hours late cancelation policy. You will be required to enter you card details and by completing the reservation, you are agreeing to our late cancelation policy. (found below)
3. Special promotion, ie 'bottomless brunch' 'bottomless supper' for less than twelve guests. This reservation is subject to our 24 late cancelation policy. You will be required to enter you card details and by completing the reservation, you are agreeing to our late cancelation policy. (found below)
4. Large Group booking, for twelve guests or more. This reservation type, is subject to a £10pp deposit. This deposit can be made over the phone with one of our management team, or paid on site. Please be aware, we cannot secure any large booking until this deposit has been received. Refund of large booking deposit. The large group deposit is not able to be partially refunded, the £10pp will be deducted from each guests individual balance on the day. Only those that attend will receive their deposit deduction, for example; you book for 16 guests and 13 guests arrive: The 13 guests that attended would receive their deposit deduction, those that did not attend, will forfeit this deposit. If the reservation is cancelled in full with more that 14 days notice, the full refund will be provided, after this the deposit is forfeited in the event of a cancelation.
Late cancelation policy:
Our 24 hour late cancelation fee is our fair and flexible way of making your peak or special reservation. You have the rights to cancel this reservation with more than twenty four hours notice, prior to your reservation time, with no charge. Any cancelation made within this period, including a 'no show' is charged at £10pp. Guest number adjustment; providing you advise us with more than twenty four hours notice of any changes with your number of guests, no charge is made. After this time, any adjustment in guest numbers, might be charged at the £10pp late cancelation rate, this is down to the duty managers discretion and will often be decided on the percentage of guests that did not attend. ie, if your reservation is made for eight guests and only four guests arrive, there is 50% of more less attendees to your booking, meaning a loss of seating space that we had reserved for these guests, so in this instance the late cancelation fee for the five guests that did not attend would be processed.
