Finally some more choice for coeliacs!

As a diagnosed coeliac it’s always reassuring to go somewhere 100% gluten free - which seems to be quite a rare thing around this part of the country!
We came for brunch & couldn’t fault it at all. Even my (rather fussy!) non-coeliac boyfriend enjoyed the food so seal of approval all around!

I had lunch here today and it was nice. A new healthy option to the pubs and cafés on the Barbican.
The interior is really smart and very relaxing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious

Decided to visit the newly created food venue “ Bon Sante “ in the old Custom House .
We were welcomed by Beautiful Ellen and charming Luke the Manager.
Ellen showed us around the characterful transformation and how the venue was being developed further.
We sat in the Sunshine by the Harbour and enjoyed really tasty,
there take on traditional Fish and chips,,,, on our plates were two tender Mackerel Filets, sweet potato chips, Rhubarb and a yogurt and tartare sauce. Absolutely tasty
We finished off with dairy-free strawberry ice cream.
The iced coffee was yum too,,,,
Fantastic and such attentive and professional friendly staff,,, winning team
We will be regulars that’s for sure.
